❯ Do you take insurance?

Our insurance participating clinicians are only contracted with Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO of Illinois plans. This means they are considered in-network if you are a BCBS PPO policy holder. Please check with us about the individual therapist you would like to see to confirm whether they accept insurance or are private pay only providers.

Insurance plans considered Out-Of-Network (OON) often cover a percentage of psychotherapy even if considered out-of-network, and can be upwards of 50-70%. Please present all questions regarding reimbursement amounts to your insurance company directly. For our out-of-network clients we provide detailed monthly subperbill statements that can be submitted for reimbursement.

❯ What are your fees?

Therapy sessions range from $185-$200 per session depending on which therapist you see. For those experiencing financial hardship we will consider a sliding scale fee. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us to discuss your personal circumstances. Unless otherwise arranged, payment is due at the time of service. We are a paperless office an only accept debit/credit cards.

❯ How do I get started?

Call us at 224-801-1700 or email our office manager Janelle at janelle@recoverrestorecounseling.com. We will return your call within 24-48 hours to discuss next steps.

❯ Is there a cancellation policy?

At Recover Restore Counseling we require cancellations be made 48 hours in advance. Emergency situations will be considered. There is a late cancellation fee if we are not given sufficient notice. Also note that missed sessions are not reimbursable by insurance. Clients are responsible and billed out of pocket for those charges.

❯ Is my information kept private?

Absolutely! Except where mandated by law (as in the case of child abuse and/or elder abuse or imminent danger to yourself or others), your privacy is very important to us. We take every step necessary to protect your confidentiality so that you can feel safe and supported in your work.
