Neale Williams - Clinical Intern

Neale is is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and master’s candidate at National Louis University who brings more than three decades of business leadership, mentoring, relationship-building, and experience guiding individuals through significant life transitions. His counseling approach is grounded in empathy, human connection, and trauma-informed care, with an emphasis on creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and healthier relationships.

Neale is also a CSAT candidate (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist) with the International Institute for Trauma & Additional Professionals (IITAP) helping individuals as they explore the underlying emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns that contribute to compulsive sexual behaviors. He approaches recovery with compassion and accountability, helping clients move beyond shame and secrecy toward greater authenticity, connection, and meaningful change. He is also passionate about group counseling and the transformative potential of shared vulnerability, interpersonal feedback, and mutual support in the recovery process.
