Group Focus:

• Women in their 20’s and 30’s working on a variety of personal challenges such as:

• Self-esteem, self-respect, and healthy relationship with body/mind/spirit

• Communication and boundaries

• Friendships, dating and marriage

• Family of origin difficulties

• Career goals and transitions

Details:

• 12-week commitment - Group ongoing

• Mondays, 6:30-8PM - rotates 3 weeks virtual, 1 week in person

• $65 per week (private pay - no insurance)

• Location - Recover Restore Counseling 625 N North Court, Suite 350, Palatine, IL
